Time Management


Time management is the ability to plan and control how you spend the hours in your day to effectively accomplish your goals. Poor time management can be related to procrastination as well as problems with self-control. Organizing your day by creating a to-do list in the morning and avoiding distractions can ensure you keep a handle on your time.

Improving your Focus


Focus is the culprit between getting something done, and not doing it at all. Some of the things you can do to stay on track are: define the task at hand, eliminate distractions, ensure you are in the right environment, take short breaks and keep a log of what you need to accomplish vs. what you have accomplished. 

Life / Work Balance


With so many of us torn between juggling heavy workloads, managing relationships and squeezing in time for yourself, it's no surprise that most adults are stressed! At work, set manageable goals daily, be efficient and take a break. At home, don't over commit, get support, and incorporate a hobby into your routine.

Good Vibes only!


There are 3 main types of people you should avoid: The Negative, The Critic and the Victim! Keeping positive, and loving energy around you can be contagious. Motivation happens when you maintain a supportive circle of people around you.  Stay away from those that can disturb your peace and interrupt your focus.



Understand that Networking is NOT about selling yourself, but more about developing beneficial relationships and partnerships. It should be authentic, and you should always be yourself. Be sure to know about the event and if possible it's attendees, this will make it easier when starting conversations. 

Following your Passion


Passion is that one thing that makes you smile inside, the thing that you can't stop thinking about. Whatever that may be, incorporate that into your daily life.  Think about the various ways you can use your passion to fuel your soul. Having a passion and putting it to use, provides purpose and balance.
